My Journey as a Therapist
With 6+ years years of experience, my journey as a Psychologist began in the heart of a residential therapeutic community in Bangalore. As a new Therapist, this experience laid a compassionate foundation for the way I engage with individuals in my practice.
During this period, I also worked with YourDost, one of India’s leading online mental health platforms, which gave me an opportunity to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
I then had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Psychologist under the guidance of a distinguished Clinical Psychologist in Kochi, Kerala, for over two years. Having known therapy is many different layers, I learned to navigate sessions with children, adolescents, and young adults - each interaction becoming a journey of personal growth and resilience.
Returning to Bangalore, I stepped into the role of a Childcare Expert with a startup. I delved into the world of skill development for children up to 16 years old. Simultaneously, I discovered joy in offering parenting support, deepening my connection with families. Over time, I was promoted to the role of supervising new therapists on the team, which gave me a fresh and broadened understanding into the therapist-client fit.
In recent years, I've carved out my niche as a Psychologist specializing in supporting adolescents, teens, their incredible parents, and young adults. This is a space where I find profound purpose – guiding others re-discover themselves and find meaning.
Having been recognized as a rank holder during my Post Graduation, I bring not only academic expertise but also a commitment to excellence to all my sessions.

My therapeutic approach
I use a holistic, client-centered, and collaborative counselling approach to help you navigate through your difficult life experiences and achieve overall well-being. I am trained in Transactional Analysis, Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, REBT, and Skill Development.
As I always tell my clients, we are all a work in progress. And sometimes, all we need is a little push in the right direction.

Session duration - 45 - 60 mins
Cost per session - INR 1,200/- (for salaried individuals)
INR. 900/- (for students and non-salaried individuals)
INR 2000/- (for NRIs)
